High level discussion about each system will be presented by Murray Frank and the pros and cons about each general approach will be discussed. Considerations such as local climate, customers’ priorities, cost, buildability, profitability, acceptance by the Municipality/Regional District and possible limitations with some options will be reviewed. Throughout the Workshop, your questions, comments and concerns will be discussed and, if necessary, taken away by the Team at Building It Right for further review. Day 1 will focus Walls Above Grade, Day 2 will be Attics, Roofs, Balconies, & Basements, and Day 3 will round out the discussion about Windows, Doors, Mechanicals, Seismic and Radon Control.

The unique part of this workshop will be the worksheet that you develop as we move forward. Based on this worksheet, our team will compile a generic set of 2D and 3D details with step-by-step instructions on how to construct the homes that you will be building next and in the future. You will receive this customized detail package in PDF format within 2 weeks of course completion and can use it as a tool for skills development and marketing.
