The 3 hour online session is entitled, “HIABC: Working with Warranty Providers” and it will help builders understand exactly what is expected during each of the 4 key inspections including foundations, framing, the building envelope and the final inspections. This session will be rich in photographic examples of good workmanship as well as specific examples of workmanship that does not meet the minimum requirements of the warranty providers. A review of the inspection checklists will be provided along with a brief description of the history of the development of these important tools and how builders can use them during construction to minimize the amount of work that will be required by the warranty provider to improve any sub-standard details that can occur in the construction of the modern home. http://moodle.constructivehomesolutions.com/
